Rotary International Zone 1B, Zones 9 and 10, comprises 34 Districts and Non Districts across 17 countries and geographic areas, including Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Taiwan, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Mongolia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.

The Institute program is designed to develop and strengthen Rotary leadership and will include training for District Governors Elect, District Governor Nominees, District Rotary Foundation Chairs, and District Facilitators. The program also features recognition of Rotary Foundation donors, plenary sessions, and breakout sessions with motivational messages and strategic updates from Rotary International Presidents and Directors.
